Ensuring the seamless delivery of agrarian justice and support services, DAR Negros Occidental 1 North held the official Turnover Ceremony for the Legal Division and the Program Beneficiaries Development Division (PBDD) at Talisay City today, April 15.

The activity marks a vital transition in leadership, focusing on the continuity of support services to guarantee that programs for capacity building, enterprise development, and livelihood improvements for our Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) remain uninterrupted.

Beyond support services, the turnover highlights the sustained delivery of legal assistance, ensuring that mediation and case resolution stay accessible to safeguard the rights of our farmers. By maintaining this momentum, DAR Negros North reaffirms its commitment to a responsive and organized implementation of agrarian reform initiatives under its new leadership.

Sa aton padayon nga pakigbato sa krisis sa petrolyo nga tuga sang tensyon sa Middle East sa tunga sang US, Israel kag Iran, nga nagresulta sa pagsaka sang presyo sang mga balaklon kag pamasahe, ang DAR Rank and File Employees Union - Negros Occidental, kaupod ang DAR NIR, DAR Negros North kag DAR Negros South, nagpatigayon sang “𝑷𝒂𝒅𝒚𝒂𝒌 𝒕𝒐 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌”, isa ini ka inisyatibo nga nagalayon sa paghagan-hagan sang konsumo sang gasolina kag magpalig-on sang konserbasyon sang enerhia.

Ini ginbuylogan man ini sang mga empleyado sang ahensya ka ang aton Regional Director Lucrecia S. Taberna, nga nagpakita sang iya bug-os nga suporta kag kooperasyon sa ini nga tikang sang ahensya.

Ang ini nga aktibidad ginhiwat subong nga adlaw, Abril 9, 2026, kadungan sang pagselebrar sang Araw ng Kagitingan sa Provincial Lagoon sa Kapitolyo sang Probinsya sang Negros Occidental, ini isa ka simbolo sang pagpakita sang kaisog, disiplina kag pagtinir sang responsibilidad bilang mga serbisyo publiko.

Ngayong Abril 9, 2026, ating ginugunita ang 𝑨𝒓𝒂𝒘 𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒏 bilang pagbibigay-pugay sa kagitingan at sakripisyo ng ating mga kapwa Pilipino na patuloy na ipinaglalaban ang karapatan, seguridad, at soberanya ng ating bansa.

Sa kabila ng iba’t ibang krisis na kinahaharap, sila ay nananatiling matatag at patuloy na ginagampanan ang kanilang mga tungkulin bilang responsableng mamamayan.

Ang DAR Negros Occidental 1 North ay patuloy na sumusuporta sa ating mga Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) na araw-araw na nagsusumikap upang itaguyod ang kabuhayan at makatulong sa pag-unlad ng ating bansa.

Kami po ay taos-pusong sumasaludo sa inyong dedikasyon at sakripisyo. Nananatili kaming katuwang ninyo, handang sumuporta sa abot ng aming makakaya para sa sambayanang Pilipino.

Building on yesterday’s success, DAR Negros Occidental 1 North continued its mission of institutional alignment with the Day 2 Cascading of Administrative Order (AO) No. 2, Series of 2024, and the Kick-off Conference for a fresh batch of newly hired Project SPLIT Redocumentation personnel.

The orientation focused on equipping the new hires with the technical expertise and updated guidelines necessary for the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project.

With this new set of dedicated personnel now on board, DAR Negros North ensures that every team member is fully synchronized with the department's strategic goals, reinforcing its dedication to provide excellent service to our agrarian reform beneficiaries.

Marking a productive start towards institutional alignment, DAR Negros Occidental 1 North successfully conducted the Cascading of Administrative Order (AO) No. 2, Series of 2024, alongside the Kick-off Conference for the newly hired Project SPLIT Redocumentation Team in Bacolod City today, April 7.

The session focused on orienting the new team members on the updated guidelines and strategic goals of the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project.

This collaborative launch reinforces DAR Negros North’s commitment to accelerating land tenure security, ensuring that every member of the redocumentation team is equipped to deliver results with precision and dedication.
