📌PROSESO NG PAGPAPATALA
1. Kumuha ng Basic Enrollment Form sa nakatalagang enrolment desk para Grade level ng inyong anak o sa Records Section ng paaralan.
2. Ipasa ang sinagutang enrolment form sa itinalagang lugar o sa nakatalagang g**o, kalakip ang mga dokumento ng bata at pagsagot ng magulang sa mga katanungan ng g**o batay sa language o lenggwahe ng bata sa tahanan.
3. Hintayin ang confirmation slip mula sa nakatalagang g**o o non teaching personnel ng paaralan.
4.Parents Consent form (SBFP, Deworming)
5. Ang mga bata ay kasama upang makuhaan sila ng picture para sa ID system ng paaralan at masukat ang kanilang tangkad at timbang.
6. Ipapaskil sa lobby ng paaralan at sa mga pinto ng bawat kuwarto ang grade level at sections ng mga bata simula June 1 hanggang June 8.

📌Para sa karagdagang katanungan, mangyaring makipag-ugnayan sa Deped Tayo Dulong Bayan ES- Bacoor City (school official page) o bumisita sa paaralan.

Successfully conducted the Enrollment for SY 2026-2027 for Grade Three learners together with their parents, assisted by Grade Two teachers and Non Teaching personnels wherein the parents were instructed to completely fill up the Basic Education Enrollment Form, then a questionaire were given to the parents including the Deworming and SBFP consent form.

Afterwards, height and weight of learners were measured and recorded as well as taking of ID picture.
