🇵🇭✨ FLAG RAISING CEREMONY HOSTED BY BACOOR BJMP AT S.T.R.I.K.E. GYMNASIUM ✨🇵🇭

The Bacoor BJMP Male and Female Dormitories hosted today’s Flag Raising Ceremony at the S.T.R.I.K.E. Gymnasium, bringing together city officials, government personnel, and community partners for a meaningful morning of recognition, collaboration, and public service.

Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola and members of the Sangguniang Panglungsod joined the event alongside officials from the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Region IV-A CALABARZON.

The program featured patriotic rites, inspiring messages, recognition of outstanding Bacooreños, board passers, Latin honor recipients, and winners of the 10th Annual Global Re@ch Media Festival 2025. Certificates of Recognition and Commendation were also awarded to deserving personnel from PNP Bacoor.

A ceremonial turnover of cleaning materials, Brigada Eskwela shirts, and bags for Kinder and Grade 1 learners was also conducted as part of the city’s continuing support for education and community programs.

One of the highlights of the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the City Government of Bacoor, BJMP Region IV-A, and Bacoor Livelihood Producers’ Cooperative — strengthening partnerships for livelihood and rehabilitation initiatives.

Mayor Strike B. Revilla concluded the program with a Special Message and Weekly Accomplishment Report, reaffirming the city government’s commitment to unity, service, and community development.

🤝✨ BACOOR CITY GOVERNMENT SIGNS MOA WITH BJMP AND LOCAL COOPERATIVE ✨🤝

The City Government of Bacoor officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Region IV-A and the Bacoor Livelihood Producers’ Cooperative during a ceremony held today at the S.T.R.I.K.E. Gymnasium.

The partnership was made possible through the efforts of the City Legal Services Office led by Atty. Kim Nyca Loftanco, who spearheaded the preparation and drafting of the agreement documents.

Present during the signing were Mayor Strike B. Revilla, BJMP Region IV-A Regional Director Jail Chief Superintendent Isabelo V. Cartin Jr., Bacoor BJMP Wardens JSUPT Brian M. Sison and JSINSP Sally C. Buguisi, representatives from the Bacoor Livelihood Producers’ Cooperative, Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, members of the Sangguniang Panglungsod, and BJMP officials.

The agreement aims to strengthen collaboration between the local government, jail management, and local producers to support livelihood opportunities and rehabilitation programs for persons deprived of liberty (PDLs).

Mayor Strike emphasized the importance of providing meaningful programs that help individuals rebuild their lives and become productive members of the community.
