PAGSIBOL 2026
A meaningful day of learning, connection, and leadership unfolded on September 11, 2026, as Pagsibol 2026 was successfully held at the Molino Gymnasium, under the leadership of Sir Richard C. Gaytos.
The program started with the registration and attendance of the participants, setting the stage for a day filled with meaningful discussions and exciting activities. Our first speaker, Ms. Jhaymie Eve F. Resuello, opened the learning sessions, followed by our second speaker, Ms. Sharon C. Razon, who continued to inspire and equip our young leaders with valuable insights.
After the morning sessions and a well-deserved lunch break, the participants were grouped into ten teams for an exciting Team Building Activity. Through different challenges, the participants experienced the importance of cooperation, communication, trust, and unity, reminding everyone that great leadership is never about standing alone, but about moving forward together.
The learning continued with our third speaker, Mr. Andrew G. Sebastian, who shared another set of meaningful insights with the participants. The energy then shifted toward creativity as everyone took part in the final challenge of the day, the Jingle Making Competition.
As the program approached its conclusion, the participants gathered for the Wall of Commitment, where every Youth Leader signed their name as a symbol of their dedication and commitment to becoming responsible and active leaders.
The day ended with the Awarding Ceremony, celebrating the teams and individuals who stood out in the Team Building, Jingle Making, and Overall Competitions.
To officially close the program, Sir Richard C. Gaytos delivered his closing speech, leaving the participants with words to remember as they continue their journey as young leaders.
From learning to leading, from strangers to teammates, and from commitment to action, Pagsibol 2026 reminded us that every great leader begins with the courage to grow.
