The City of Bacoor National High SchoolโSpringville actively participated in the Division Brigada Eskwela 2026 Kick-Off Program, a significant initiative that formally launched this year's Brigada Eskwela campaign and reinforced the collective commitment of various stakeholders toward the continuous improvement of educational facilities and services.
The activity commenced with the Brigada Eskwela Caravan and Advocacy Campaign, followed by the registration of participants. A parade was subsequently conducted, bringing together learners, teachers, school administrators, parents, community members, partner organizations, and various stakeholders from across the division. Accompanied by the vibrant performance of the Drum and Lyre Band, the parade showcased unity, cooperation, and shared commitment in support of the goals of Brigada Eskwela. The program also featured an intermission presentation, โBalye sa Kalye,โ which added color and energy to the celebration.
The opening program was attended by representatives from various sectors, including the School Parents-Teachers Association (SPTA), Sangguniang Kabataan (SK), barangay officials, community partners, and other distinguished guests. The event formally commenced with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, an Opening Prayer, the Bagong Pilipinas Hymn, and the Bacoor City Hymn, followed by the presentation of the DepEd Quality Policy Statement. The program was hosted by Sir Jayson and Ma'am Sabug.
The program proceeded with the Welcome Remarks delivered by Dr. Edwin U. Ugali, Assistant Principal II of City of Bacoor National High SchoolโSpringville, followed by the Opening Message of Dr. Babylyn M. Pambid, CESO VI, Schools Division Superintendent. During the Message of Support segment, inspiring messages were delivered by Hon. Lani Mercado Revilla, Congresswoman of the Second Legislative District of Cavite; Hon. Strike B. Revilla, Mayor of the City of Bacoor; Cherry Y. Torres, Federated Parent-Teacher Association President; and various division and school stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and community engagement in ensuring a conducive learning environment for all learners.
The program also featured the Symbolic Turnover of Donations and Resources, facilitated by Arwin M. Ternida, Education Program Specialist II, highlighting the invaluable support extended by partner organizations and stakeholders. This was followed by the Official Declaration of the Opening of Brigada Eskwela 2026 by Dr. Babylyn M. Pambid, CESO VI, and the Signing of the Pledge of Commitment by division and school stakeholders as a manifestation of their dedication to the goals of Brigada Eskwela.
The activity concluded with the Closing Remarks delivered by Dr. Cesar M. Mojica, Chief Education Supervisor of the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD), who expressed his gratitude to all participants and partners for their unwavering support and commitment to the success of Brigada Eskwela 2026.
Through the collective efforts of government agencies, private partners, community leaders, parents, teachers, and learners, Brigada Eskwela continues to embody the spirit of bayanihan, fostering a culture of volunteerism and shared responsibility in creating a safe, inclusive, and learner-centered environment for every Filipino learner.
