SK FEDERATION MEETS WITH MAYOR STRIKE, LAUNCHES FREE STUDENT LICENSE PERMIT PROGRAM

OFFICE OF THE MAYOR, September 15, 2026 — The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation of Bacoor, led by SK President Palm Angel Buncio, convened a coordination meeting with Mayor Strike B. Revilla this evening at the Office of the Mayor. The gathering was attended by SK Chairmen from all barangays across the city.

The Federation presented details of the landmark Free Student License Permit Program, carried out in partnership with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Bacoor. The initiative will provide qualified Bacoor residents with free student permits, including complimentary meals during the activity. It will be implemented in three batches of 500 beneficiaries each, starting with the first batch on September 16, 2026, followed by the second and third batches to ensure broad access.

- To those who have not yet been contacted — please do not worry, just wait for further notice. This is only the first batch, and there will be more batches to follow.

Mayor Strike B. Revilla expressed his full support for the program and emphasized the importance of completing the required seminar. He urged the youth to take full advantage of this opportunity to gain essential skills and mobility. The initiative reflects the City Government’s commitment to empowering Bacoor’s youth through accessible, practical, and inclusive services.

LINGKOD BAYANI ON THE GO: Trabaho at Serbisyo Hatid sa Bayan 2026

Nakiisa ang ating Pamahalaang Lungsod na pinamumunuan ni Mayor Strike B. Revilla ang pagdiriwang ng 126th Anniversary ng Philippine Civil Service, sa pamamagitan ng Lingkod Bayani Government Services Express 2026 na may temang “Trabaho at Serbisyo Hatid sa Bayan.”

Isinagawa ang programa sa pakikipagtulungan ng ating City Human Resource Development and Management Department (HRDMD) sa pangunguna ni Ms. Natividad I. Ople at ng Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Department sa pangunguna naman ni Dr. Bob De Castro.

Tampok sa gawain ang Government Express One-Stop Shop, kung saan naghatid ng iba’t ibang serbisyo ang mga ahensya ng pamahalaan tulad ng SSS, PAG-IBIG, BIR, PhilHealth, at COMELEC, gayundin ang Job Fair para sa mga nagnanais maging bahagi ng serbisyo publiko.

Nakasama naman natin sa programang ito sina: Board Member Alde Pagulayan, Atty. Marites P. Lappay, Regional Director ng CSC Regional Office, Director Jeffrey Cruz, Director II ng CSC FO-Cavite, at Councilor Noly Galvez, at Ms. Memveluz Baurile- FILG Bacoor.

Patuloy na isinusulong ng ating Pamahalaang ang mga programang naglalapit ng serbisyo at oportunidad sa bawat Bacooreño.
