Bago pumunta sa kani-kanilang venue ng pagkuha ng gamot, hinihikayat ang lahat ng benepisyaryo na magtungo muna sa mga sumusunod na satellite offices ng PGO Special Assistance Program (dating Malasakit Center) para sa karagdagang instruksyon at pagpapa-rehistro ng Bataeño Pass:

Ang Bagac Community & Medicare Hospital ay patuloy na nag papaalala sa bawat isa ang kahalagahan ng pag susuot ng FACEMASK, lalo na sa mga bibisita sa ating ospital at sa mga magpapa konsulta. Pinapayuhan po ang lahat na magdala at laging mag suot ng FACEMASK habang nasa loob ng ospital upang mapangalagaan ang kalusugan, hindi lamang ng mga pasyente pati na din sa mga bantay at mga health workers ng ospital.
