You are a humble servant of God, a man of integrity, and a leader whose heart has always been for the people. You served Bagamanoc with sincerity, honesty, and genuine love, believing that public service is not about power or personal gain, but about serving, building, improving, and helping others.

For three terms as Municipal Mayor of Bagamanoc, you dedicated yourself to the community. Your greatest desire was always to see Bagamanoc progress and to make a difference in the lives of its people. You wanted to build. You wanted to improve. You wanted to serve. And you did it without expecting anything in return. ❤️

You are a man of principle and integrity—honest, hardworking, generous, and incorruptible. A man who never needed recognition to do what was right. Your legacy is not simply in the projects and accomplishments you left behind, but in the people you helped, inspired, encouraged, and made happy.

You may be a man of few words, but your actions have always spoken louder than words. You are a visionary, a leader, and a true public servant whose life continues to inspire others.

And beyond being a respected former Mayor, you are my Dad—a loving husband, devoted father, caring family man, trusted boss, relative, and friend. ❤️

What makes you even more special is that despite everything you have accomplished, you have remained humble, approachable, generous, and full of life. You continue to bring joy and happiness to the people around you. Whether sharing stories and laughter, enjoying a round of golf 🏌️‍♂️⛳, going fishing 🎣, spending time on the boat 🚤🌊, enjoying good food and red w**e, or simply being together with your relatives and friends from Bagamanoc, family, friends your workers and employees from Tri-Ex and all your other businesses, you have a way of making every moment memorable. ❤️😊

Dad, I am deeply grateful and proud to have you as my father. You have taught us that true greatness is not measured by position, wealth, or power, but by character, faith, service, and the lives we make better.

Your life has been an example of what it means to lead with humility, courage, honesty, and heart. You have given so much to your family, to your friends, and to Bagamanoc, asking for nothing in return.

Maligayang Kaarawan, Municipal Kagawad Salvador “Bading” Fajardo!

Sa araw na ito, nais naming ipaabot ang aming taos-pusong pagbati at pasasalamat sa isang napakasipag, napakabait, at tunay na lingkod-bayan na may puso at malasakit para sa bawat mamamayan ng Bagamanoc.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong dedikasyon, katapatan, at walang sawang paglilingkod sa ating bayan. Ang inyong kabutihan, malasakit, at pagmamahal sa ating komunidad ay nagsisilbing inspirasyon sa marami.

Dalangin namin na patuloy kayong pagkalooban ng Panginoon ng mabuting kalusugan, lakas, kaligayahan, at mas marami pang taon upang maipagpatuloy ang inyong magandang adhikain para sa ating mga kababayan.

Nawa’y suklian ng Diyos ang lahat ng inyong kabutihan at patuloy kayong pagpalain sa bawat araw.

As our Bagamanoc Fiesta 2026 comes to a close, our hearts overflow with gratitude for every single person who became part of this beautiful celebration.

To Mayor Vince Villaluna, the members of the Sangguniang Bayan, local government officials, department heads and personnel, barangay officials, religious leaders, government employees, volunteers, sponsors, donors, police officers, military personnel, rescue teams, health workers, utility personnel, event organizers, technical crews, stage and production teams, designers, coordinators, hosts, singers, dancers, musicians, performers, our stunning Miss Bagamanoc candidates, and every individual who worked tirelessly behind the scenes—THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to all government partners and agencies for their invaluable support and partnership in making this celebration a success.

It reflects not only the sound stewardship of public resources but also the collective dedication of the men and women who work tirelessly to uphold good governance in our municipality.
