For students (21 years old and up)

For Employment:

✍️- Brgy Certification for First Time Job Seeker (Kuhaon sa Brgy)
✍️- Pre-Employment Requirements
✍️- ER2 Form from Employer

For adding of dependents:
- Photocopy of birth cert of child/children ages 20 and below
- Photocopy of marriage contract
(Live-in partner is not accepted)

For Yakap Registration
- Fill up the PhilHealth Konsulta Registration Form or PKR

Pahibalo para sa mga masunod nga barangays nga naschedule para sa ECT Pay-out.

Ang MASTERLIST napapanaog na sa tagsa ninyo ka barangay, mahimo magkadto kag e-check ang inyu pangalan sa listahan antis magkadto sa Pay-out Venue.

Tandaan: Kung wala pangalan sa Masterlist nga ginpapanaog, INDI na magkadto sa Pay-out. Palihog e-comply anay ang mga kulang nga impormasyon kag dokumento. Mapabulig sa inyo barangay.
