Ano ang inyu pagadal on during Pay-out?

*Duha (2) ka Photocopies sang DRIVER'S LICENSE (indi expired), nga may tatlo ka pirma gamit ang color blue nga ballpen. (Dal-on man ang original nga DRIVER'S LICENSE)

Original nga PHILSYS ID ukon NATIONAL ID

*Ilimnon nga Tubig kag Biscuits

Para sa madasig kag matawhay nga proseso sang Pay-out, magsunod lamang sa step-by-step procedures:

STEP 1 - Verification (i-check ang pangalan kun yara sa payroll)
STEP 2 - Magkuha sang numero para sa pagpasunod sang linya sa mga masunod nga mga steps.
STEP 3 - Validation (ipresentar ang duha ka photocopies sang DRIVER'S LICENSE nga may tatlo ka pirma gamit ang color blue nga ballpen)
STEP 4 - RELEASING
