𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗹 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗞 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆

Masayang makasama ang ating mga Kabarangay sa Fort Del Pilar sa kanilang Youth Night kasabay ng kanilang KK Assembly at Awarding Night ng kanilang Sports Fest.

Kudos sa ating SK Officials headed by Chairman Cristine at sa kanyang super active council. Hindi sayang ang pondo ng gobyerno sa mga ginagawa ninyo para sa kapwa natin kabataan! Keep up the good work!

Congrats Kap Jacky sa iyong maayos na pag gabay sa ating mga Kabataan! Maraming salamat sa pag imbita sa akin!

𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡!

Observed every November pursuant to 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼. 𝟱𝟮𝟰, 𝘀. 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟰, this month reminds us of the importance of rice in our daily lives and the need to support our country's goal of rice self-sufficiency.

Mula 2022 hanggang 2028, isinusulong ang temang “𝘽𝙚 𝙍𝙄𝘾𝙀𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚” upang hikayatin ang bawat isa na maging responsable sa pagkonsumo ng kanin sa pamamagitan ng A-B-K-D Movement:

🌾 𝗔 – 𝗔𝗱𝗹𝗮𝘆, 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝘀, 𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗮, 𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗯𝗮 𝗽𝗮 𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗼 𝘀𝗮 𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻.

This morning, we recognized Mr. Paul Brian Tulioc Baldoza through Resolution No. 728, Series of 2026, for being named the National Outstanding Volunteer Awardee – Individual (Youth Category), representing the Cordillera Administrative Region and emerging as the top honoree among nominees nationwide!

Congratulations, Paul Brian! Keep inspiring, serving, and making the Cordillera proud!

This morning, we recognized Ms. Kathleen Ana Vega, owner of Chef Lolah Kate, through Resolution No. 474, Series of 2026, for being named a People’s Choice Awardee for the Cordillera Administrative Region during the 3rd Wedding Suppliers Association Of The Philippines (WSAP) People’s Choice Awards.

𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗢 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗠𝗦𝗠𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗣𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗟 𝗧𝗢 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣, 𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦

Mayor Benjamin Magalong signed Ordinance 101-2026 on October 28, 2026, following its approval on third and final reading by the Baguio City Council during its regular session on October 19, 2026.

Authored by Councilor Van Oliver Dicang, the amendatory ordinance revises the provisions of Ordinance 58-2024 which institutionalized the creation of the Baguio City Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Council (MSMEDC).

Among its key amendments are the expansion of the Council's membership to include additional government agencies and representatives from priority MSME sectors, the introduction of a private-sector co-chairperson, and the revision of the Council's functions.

It also provides for a separate Secretariat and Technical Working Group, identifies the office responsible for the Council's funding, and establishes guidelines on meetings and quorum.

𝑯𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒚 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒅𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒆 𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒅!

This morning, we had the pleasure of recognizing Mr. Richie Madrid, a resident of Country Club Village, Baguio City, through Resolution No. 540, Series of 2026, for his exemplary honesty, integrity, and civic responsibility.

On June 18, 2026, at around 7:00 AM, Councilor Van Oliver M. Dicang unknowingly lost his wallet at a food hub near Doña Nicasia J. Puyat Elementary School along Bugallon Street. By 11:00 AM that same day, Mr. Madrid had returned the wallet with all its contents intact.
His honesty is a beautiful reminder that doing what is right matters, even when no one is watching.

Maraming salamat, Mr. Madrid, for reminding us that integrity and kindness still make our community a better place. Mabuhay po kayo!
