As we mark four decades since that momentous peace pact, we honor the visionaries who laid down arms to build a foundation for unity. The spirit of the Sipat continues to burn bright todayโ€”reminding us that our ongoing journey toward full regional autonomy remains rooted in a lasting commitment to peace, dignity, and self-determination for every Cordilleran. ๐ŸŒฒโœจ
