𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗧𝗼𝗸 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 (𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆)
RULES AND GUIDELINES
1. The competition is an Inter-LGU challenge open to all municipalities and cities within Negros Oriental.
2. Each participating LGU shall produce a dance video that must contain and promote at least 2 of its LGU’s Cultural or Tourism Destination.
3. Using of greenscreen and generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms for the destination is strictly prohibited.
4. The entry must be in portrait-orientation.
5. Each participating group must consist a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 dancers.
6. The Participants must perform the required official choreography and music provided by the Buglasan Festival facebook official account. Revision of dance action choreography is not allowed.
7. Violators of the rules and guidelines will automatically DISQUALIFIED.
8. Entries must be uploaded in their social media in Facebook, Instagram and TikTok account starting October 1, 2026 until October 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM using
9. The LGU will select their winner on October 14, 2026 to serve as the official finalist against other LGUs and will receive 5,000.00 pesos.
10. The LGU must send the Link of the entry video to the Buglasan Festival page before 11:59 PM on October 15, 2026. The committee will send an official acknowledgment upon receiving your video.
11. The total number of likes and shares from all three social media platforms will serve as the basis for the Likes and Share criterion, which is equivalent to 50% for the overall judging criteria.
12. The entries will be judged on October 24, 2026 at 12:00NN, and only likes and shares recorded before the deadline will be counted. Any likes and shares received after 12:00NN will not be counted. The announcement of winners will be on October 25, 2026.
13. Criteria for judging are as follows:

14. Ranking System is used to come up with the winners.
15. Prizes at stake:
Champion - ₱ 50,000.00
2nd Place - ₱ 30,000.00
3rd Place - ₱ 20,000.00
16. The decision of the Panel of Judges is final and not subject for appeal.
