The 𝐏𝐄𝐍 🖋️ and the 𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐂 𝐂𝐀𝐏 🎓 symbolize the knowledge and academic excellence of every Iskolar of the City of Balanga. These symbols represent the passing on of thoughts, ideas, and accomplishments between generations, emphasizing the importance of preserving and sharing information.
