On 21 September 2025, the 305th Community Defense Center (305CDC), under the leadership of 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐆 𝐃𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍 (𝐌𝐈) 𝐏𝐀, 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, conducted the Closing Ceremony of the 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞 – 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐇𝐀𝐃𝐑-𝐖𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐑𝐓) of Charlie Company, 305th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion.

The ceremony was highlighted by the presence of 𝐌𝐑. 𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐅. 𝐏𝐈𝐙𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐎, 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐌𝐁𝐃𝐀), who served as the 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫. In his message, Mr. Pizarro commended the reservists for their dedication and readiness to respond to emergencies, emphasizing the vital role of trained citizen-soldiers in disaster preparedness and community resilience.

The activity was held at 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝟑𝟎𝟓𝐂𝐃𝐂, 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲. 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐨, 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧, and was attended by organic personnel, and reservists who actively supported the program.

This event marked the successful completion of the HADR-WASAR training, further strengthening the capability of the Ready Reserve Force in performing their mandate as reliable partners in humanitarian operations and disaster response.

On 17 September 2025, the 𝟑𝟎𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝟑𝟎𝟓𝐂𝐃𝐂), 𝟑𝐑𝐂𝐃𝐆, 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐌, 𝐏𝐀 actively participated in the 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 held at the 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 (𝐀𝐅𝐀𝐁), 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧.

The event, spearheaded by the 𝟕𝟎𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 (𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫) 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐞, 𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲, brought together representatives from government agencies, law enforcement units, and security managers of vital infrastructures in the province.

Representing the 305CDC, 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐆 𝐃𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍 (𝐌𝐈) 𝐏𝐀, 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, presented updates on 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, highlighting its critical role in strengthening collaboration with stakeholders to ensure peace, security, and resilience in Bataan.

The forum fostered open communication, improved information sharing, and reinforced collective action—all vital to bolstering the province’s overall security posture.

On 16 September 2025, LTC CHRISTIAN G DE LEON (MI) PA, Director of the 305th Community Defense Center (305CDC), 3RCDG, RESCOM, PA, together with TSg Oliver C Nanquil (Inf) PA, Personnel NCO, paid a courtesy call to Hon. Richie Jason D. David, Mayor of Limay, Bataan, at the Office of the Municipal Mayor.

The visit aimed to strengthen collaboration between the 305CDC and the local government unit in implementing the ACDV program. Discussions focused on initiatives to enhance military-civil relations and community development, including the proposed activation of Limay Polytechnic College as a Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Unit. The meeting highlighted the shared commitment to fostering youth leadership, civic responsibility, and preparedness in support of national defense and community service.

On 14 September 2025, the Organic Personnel of the 305th Community Defense Center 305CDC, 3RCDG, RESCOM, PA, led by LTC CHRISTIAN G DE LEON (MI) PA, Director, conducted a Coastal Clean-Up Drive together with reservist personnel of the 305th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion, led by LTC GREGORIO J RODIS PA (RES), Battalion Commander, in collaboration with Charlie Company, 69th Infantry Battalion, 7th Infantry Division, Philippine Army, and the 5th Special Forces Company, 2nd Special Forces Battalion, Special Forces Regiment (Airborne), Special Operations Command, Philippine Army.

The activity was held at the coastal area of Brgy. Nagbalayong, Morong, Bataan, with the objectives of promoting environmental stewardship, strengthening civil-military cooperation, and fostering community engagement. Participants actively removed debris, plastic wastes, and other pollutants from the shoreline to help preserve the coastal ecosystem and raise awareness on environmental protection.

This collaborative effort exemplifies the commitment of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and its reserve components to serve not only in national defense but also in supporting community welfare and environmental sustainability initiatives.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐀𝐃𝐑-𝐖𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐍𝐚𝐠𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡, 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠, 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧

On 13–14 September 2025, the 305th Community Defense Center, 3rd Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army, successfully facilitated a two-day Integration Training on Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response–Water Search and Rescue Training (HADR-WASART).

The training involved 36 reservist personnel from Charlie Company, 305th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion, in collaboration with the 5th Special Forces Company, 2nd Special Forces Battalion, Special Forces Regiment (Airborne), Special Operations Command, Philippine Army, and reservist personnel assigned to the City and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices (CDRRMO/MDRRMO).

The activity was conducted at Nagbalayong Beach, Brgy. Nagbalayong, Morong, Bataan, and aimed to enhance the interoperability, readiness, and operational capabilities of both military reservists and local disaster response personnel in humanitarian assistance and disaster response operations.
