As part of our continuing commitment to provide essential health services across the 25 barangays of Balanga City, we are pleased to announce our annual FREE Circumcision Program, “Operation Tuli 2026.”

📍 Venue: PENELCO Auditorium, Roman Super Highway, Balanga City, Bataan

We encourage all parents who wish to have their young boys participate in this free medical service to visit their respective barangay offices and have their names listed in advance.

Slots are limited and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
