Implementation of the third party monitoring on Transparency, Accountability and Citizen Participation for the open Government partnership localization. July 31,2025 AVR , Cityhall of Balanga

Congratulations everyone!!

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our members for the successful and well-organized MSGC **Operation Tuli**. Your dedication, teamwork, and commitment truly made this event a resounding success.

Special recognition goes to our Committee Heads, **Dr. Ariel Ilaya** and **Dr. Ramil Pizarro**, whose leadership and coordination were vital to the smooth conduct of the operation. To all our doctors, nurses, IIEE volunteers PENELCO and to all people who help us to make this event successful.

Through everyone’s collective efforts, a total of **380 patients** were successfully circumcised, including **81 patients** referred to **LTO Pilar (BGH Venue)**. Proper aftercare instructions were provided to all parents to ensure a safe recovery and to guide them in case of any post-operative concerns.

This accomplishment reflects our shared purpose and unwavering commitment to serving our community.

Balanga Plaza Mayor soon to rise behind Jollebbee
“jollikod”is more than just an artwork.

It will be a symbol of pride, creativity and community spirit. Designed and to be painted by the BPSU Architecture students, this mural will become a visual landmark and a go to spot selfies and joyful moments for everone who passes by.

This is a shining example of what we can acheive when the Government, Academe and the Community come together with One Vision.

We hope that this color will not only to the wall but
to the heart of our fellow Balanguenos.
