Ensure all dental forms and monthly reports follow the new structure.

2. E-TCL Reporting

Reminder: All dental procedures and services must now be encoded in the E-TCL (Electronic Target Client List).

Please complete backlogs and update data regularly to avoid discrepancies.

3. PCF (Primary Care Facility) Accreditation

Our facility is in the process of complying with PCF requirements.

Kindly prepare all needed dental documentation.

Balanga Child Development Centers Dental Visit 2023

Ang Dental Team ng Balanga City Health Office katuwang ang Balanga City Social Welfare and Development Office ay nagsagawa ng taunang Dental Examination and Fluoride Varnish Application sa mga mag-aaral ng 29 daycare centers sa Balanga noong September to November 2023.

Kasabay nito ang pagbibigay ng lecture tungkol sa tamang pangangalaga ng ngipin ng mga bata sa mga magulang at tagapag-alaga ng mga daycare students.

Maraming Salamat sa daycare students, magulang, daycare teachers and teacher aides na nakibahagi sa aming taunang dental activity 🦷
