Releasing of BPSU MC Annual Batch 2015
Where: BPSU Main Campus - Campus Student Council Office
When: December 1, 2018
Time: 8:00 - 5:00
Things to bring:
1. Valid ID (as proof of identity)
2. Photocopy of valid ID (for FILING purposes upon the receipt of the Annual)
FAQs:
1. Pwede po bang ipakuha ang Annual?
Pwede po, pero dapat mayroong dalang SIGNED AUTHORIZATION LETTER mula sa inyo. Kasama ang photocopy ng inyong Valid ID at Valid ID at photocopy ng kukuha.
2. Kailangan pa po bang dalhin ang resibo?
Hindi na, kung ang iyong pangalan ay nasa listahan (See photos). Pero kung wala mangyari lamang na ito ay dalhin.
3. Pwede pa po bang mag-Avail kung hindi po ako nag-Avail before?
Pwede po, ngunit ito ay magkakahalaga na ng Php 800 na kailangan nyo na din bayaran sa December 1, 2018 at maghintay na lamang ng panibagong anunsyo kung kailan makukuha.
