CLSU College Admission Test 2026 Schedule: February 7,8 and 14, 2026

Here are the requirements:
1. Scanned copy of PSA or NSO Birth Certificate
2. Scanned copy of SF-10 or Form 137-A - Junior High School (Grade 7 - 10)
3. Scanned copy of SF-9 or Form 138 - Senior High School (Grade 11)
4. Electronic copy of Recent 2x2 Picture
