The Department of Education issues DepEd Order No. 46, s. 2021 or the Guidelines on the Release, Use, Reporting, and Monitoring and Evaluation of Program Support Funds for the Printing and Dissemination of Information, Education and Communication Materials and Conduct of Learning Sessions on the Rights of the Child in Basic Education for School Year 2021–2022.

This issuance is pursuant to DepEd Order No. 003, s. 2021, titled Creation of the Child Protection Unit (CPU) and the Child Rights in Education Desk (CREDe) in the Department of Education to strengthen its commitment to respect, protect, fulfill, and promote the rights of the child in education.
