• Feb. 9, 2026 – Meeting with Barangay Chairmen
• Feb. 23, 2026 – Start of submission of entry forms and requirements
• Feb. 27, 2026 – Deadline of submission

We in the YSDO are

•NOT the ones who collect your payments for the use of the different facilities in our Municipality. It is paid directly to the Municipal Treasurer’s office. Yung mga tao po na gagamit ang deretso nagbabayad sa MTO. NEVER po kami tumanggap ng bayad mismo alam po yan ng mga napunta sa office at nagpapareserve.

•HINDI din po kami ang nagpapabayad sa mga gagamit ng ating mga Facilities. The Basis for the said collection is (1) under our Local Revenue Code of 2023. pwede po kayo kumuha ng kopya sa Munisipyo. Kung may tanong po kayo regarding that you can always raise your concern to its Authors or any person who has the Authority to Answer your inquiries. (2) we were advised to follow the LRC since sobrang laki po ng naiwang Payables ng ating LGU with regards sa ating Electricity Bill ng buong Bayan.

•Kami po ay TAGA SCHEDULE LAMANG ng paggamit ng facilities. at taga BIGAY ng PERMIT na MERELY pinapakita lang sa watchmen natin.

•LIBRE PO ang Facilities para sa mga Schools or for School related Purposes. Alam po yan ng ating mga coaches, teachers, and school Sports Coordinators.

•the GSO office does the best it can to lessen the burden to our dear citizens while still upholding the law. For a certain group instead of following the 500 per hour per court for a certain sport like Volleyball, they aligned it with the other sport with a lesser payment, under the LRC. They made it 150 per use for the whole duration whether they use it for 3-4hrs or more. They somehow find a way to make it more lenient or lighter to those who wishes to use the said facilities. Naging mabait pa nga po ang ating GSO office.

•the abot to the caretakers/bantays were our mere suggestion only kasi minsan sumosobra na sa oras or sobrang late na natatapos eh hinihintay din po kayo ng bantay or watchmen natin na matapos para masecure nila yung place at mapatay yung ilaw pag tapos na po kayo. Kumbaga kahit tapos na ang oras ng duty nila ay imbis na makauwi na sila eh nagpupuyat din sila or naghihintay depende sa tapos ninyo. Kaya we suggested na abutan man lang ng pamkape or kung ano man, hindi siguro sobrang bigat nun and we think it is morally right.

Again if you have any inquiry bukas po ang tanggapan ng GSO, at ng Sports, at para na din masamahan po namin kayo sa iba pang gusto niyong pagtanungan.
