DAR-Bulacan SPLIT Project

Sa paggunita ng Philippine National Flag Day, muling pinagtitibay ng DAR ang pagmamahal sa bayan at pagkakaisa bilang mga Pilipino.

Ginugunita ang araw na ito bilang pag-alala sa unang pagwagayway ng watawat ng Pilipinas matapos ang tagumpay sa Labanan sa Alapan noong 1898. Bahagi ito ng “National Flag Days” mula Mayo 28 hanggang Hunyo 12, kasabay ng pagdiriwang ng Araw ng Kalayaan.

Nawa’y magsilbing simbolo ang ating pambansang watawat ng katatagan, sakripisyo, at kabayanihang Pilipino tungo sa mas maunlad at makatarungang lipunan para sa lahat.

Malugod na nakikiisa ang DAR sa ating mga kapatid na Muslim sa pagdiriwang ng Eid al-Adha o Feast of Sacrifice.

Nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon ang diwa ng pananampalataya, sakripisyo, at malasakit sa kapwa upang lalo pang mapagtibay ang pagkakaisa, kapayapaan, at pag-unlad ng ating mga komunidad.

A significant step toward empowering local farmers and strengthening rural livelihoods — the formal turnover and distribution of two (2) motor vehicles to the New Basuit Producers Cooperative under the Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty, distributed by the Department of Agrarian Reform Bulacan, marks another milestone in advancing inclusive agricultural development.

More than just a vehicle, this assistance symbolizes hope, opportunity, and progress for hardworking farmers and producers, providing improved transport for agricultural goods, better market access, and stronger connections between communities and economic opportunities. Through the continued commitment of DAR Bulacan and PAHP, this initiative reflects a shared vision of uplifting lives, combating hunger and poverty, and building a more resilient, productive, and empowered farming sector for future generations.

As part of the flag raising ceremony’s continuing education program, DARAB Bulacan featured an insightful discussion on the salient provisions of RA 11032, led by ARPO II Rosita C. Guevarra.

The session highlighted key reforms aimed at streamlining government processes, reducing red tape, and reinforcing a culture of accountability and efficiency in public transactions—empowering personnel to deliver faster and better service to the public.

Kabilang si Conrado M. Estrella III, Kalihim ng Department of Agrarian Reform, sa Top 4 ng pinakabagong Cabinet Member Trust at Satisfaction Survey na isinagawa ng Tangere, isa sa mga nangungunang polling firms sa bansa.

Ayon sa datos, mula Abril 9-11, 2026, ay nakapagtala ito ng 38% trust rating at 34% satisfaction rating sa nasabing pag-aaral. Sa ilalim ng kanyang pamumuno, patuloy na pinalalakas ng ahensya ang paghahatid ng serbisyo particular na ang pamamahagi ng lupang pansakahan, libreng tulong legal, at iba pang suporta para sa mga benepisyaryong agraryo.
