To: All SKolar ni SK Grantees, Katipunan ng Kabataan Officials, Sitio Youth Organizations, Partner Youth
Organizations, PYAP, LGBTQIA+, and Youth Individuals of Barangay Balulang.

RE: Attendance to the Second Semester State of the Barangay Address (SOBA)
In line with strengthening youth participation in community governance, all SKolar ni SK Grantees, Katipunan ng Kabataan Officials, Sitio Youth Organizations, partner organizations, and youth individuals are hereby requested to attend the Second Semester State of the Barangay Address (SOBA) 2026 of PB. Edwin Micabani.
The activity will be held on October 24, 2026 (Saturday), at 1:00 PM at the Barangay Hall Covered Court, Barangay Balulang.
A Certificate of Appearance will be issued to participants as proof of attendance for their respective organizations, which will serve as part of the 2027 partnership requirements with the Sangguniang Kabataan.
For Skolar Ni SK Grantees, attendance will be recorded as the fendered return of service under the scholarship program.
