We congratulate our Matino, Mahusay at Maasahang kawani ng DILG Banga, our constant, Joy Miraflores.... Ang aming silent but joyful worker. Laging "on-the-go" sa lahat ng oras, parang girl scout but most of the time, tahimik pero magugulat ka, tapos na nyang gawin ang mga office works.

This milestone marks the validation of your hard work in juggling your academics and office work. You did it! It's God's grace in full.

We are proud of you!!!
