A Testament of our Resilience,Dedication and Commitment to every child of Bangued.

This recognition is more than a 100.7% accomplishment rate in the Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity and Vitamin A Supplementation. It represents the countless hours of hard work, the challenges we faced, the misinformation we had to overcome, the refusals we patiently addressed, and the trust we worked so hard to rebuild.

This would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our Local Government Unit, the dedication of our BHWs and healthcare workers, the guidance of the Department of Health, and the invaluable support of our partners, particularly the Philippine Pediatric Society, Philippine Red Cross Abra, and all our stakeholders who believed in our mission.

To our team, this is proof that no challenge is too great when we work together with one purpose: to protect lives and secure a healthier future for our children.

The Municipal Health Office reminds everyone to strictly comply with sanitary requirements per PD 856 Code on Sanitation of the Philippines

✅ Wear Hairnet, Face Mask & Gloves during preparation and serving of foods
✅ Proper Wastewater Disposal with Grease Trap
✅ Valid and update Health Certificate & Sanitary permit
✅ Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen area

3rd Quarter Mobile Blood Donation Drive 2026

Today, we continue our journey toward the 2% blood donation target, a goal that represents a stronger, healthier, and more compassionate community. Every unit of blood collected is more than a donation—it is hope for a mother in need, strength for a child fighting illness, support for a patient undergoing surgery, and a second chance for someone whose life depends on the kindness of others.

The 3rd Quarter Mobile Blood Donation Drive of the Bangued Municipal Health Office, held at Gabaldon University of Abra, is a testament to what can be achieved when individuals come together for a common purpose: “SAVING LIVES”

On behalf of the Local Government Unit of Bangued, Bangued Municipal Health Office, and our partner institutions and organizations
( ABRA MEDICAL SOCIETY,ABRA DENTAL CHAPTER,PAMET,REDCROSS ABRA CHAPTER,APH)
we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all donors, volunteers, organizers, and supporters who have made this activity possible and achieved the highest so far in blood collection with total of 274 blood bags.

274 lives saved! 🥳🥰

Together, let us continue building a culture of voluntary blood donation where no patient is left waiting and no life is lost due to the lack of blood.
