📢 **KUSGAN CUP 2026 – REQUIREMENTS SUBMISSION**

Please prepare and submit the following requirements:

Ages 18–30 YRS OLD

✅ NSO or Birth Certificate
✅ Valid ID
➡️ If you do not have a valid ID, please submit a (Barangay Clearance) stating that you are a resident of **Barangay Kasambagan**.

Ages 17 YRS OLD UNDER

✅ NSO or Birth Certificate
✅ Valid ID
✅ Parent's Valid ID

Note: PLEASE SUBMIT XEROX ONLY

📌 **Submission Deadline:** Within this week (Wednesday-Sunday).

📍 Where to Submit: Barangay – leave your requirements at the KFER Area or BPOPS Office.
📍 Where to Submit: You can also submit to your SK Councilors.

Since today is registration day for our KUSGAN CUP 2026 and also the official sizing day. Please make sure that all players in your team line up are registered voters of Barangay Kasambagan. In order for your team to be part of the official lineup, we will be checking your players' names one by one through the records if you're indeed a voter of our Barangay. Especially those players who are 18–30 years old already. And for those who are under 17 years old, we will check your parents name on the voters' list.

🏆 READY UP, KASAMBAGAN! REGISTRATION & JERSEY SIZING DAY IS SET! 🏆

Get your squads ready! Registration for the Kusgan Cup is happening officially in person. Make sure your whole team is complete, your documents are ready, and you're ready to get measured for your official team jerseys sizes.

📅 When: May 31, 2026 (Sunday)
🕐 Time: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
📍 Where: Kasambagan Sports Complex / Barangay Hall

📋 CHOOSE YOUR BATTLEFIELD & CHECK THE REQUIREMENTS:

Please ensure you bring the necessary documents to secure your slot. No complete documents, no registration!

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS (All Sports & Games)
• Must be a bonafide resident of Barangay Kasambagan
• Ages 15–30 must be registered voters of Barangay Kasambagan
• Ages 15–17 may join if their parents are registered voters
• Strictly no imports (only residents can join)

🎮 MOBILE LEGENDS TOURNAMENT

Additional Age Rule:
• 18 & above: Must be a registered voter of Barangay Kasambagan
• 17 & below: Allowed if a parent is a registered voter
• Max age: 30 years old | No minimum age

Team Composition:
• Up to 6 players per team
• No double registration (1 player = 1 team only)
• Players must bring their own device & internet connection

Registration Limit: Only the first 20 teams will be accepted 🚨

🏀 BASKETBALL
• Categories: 18 UNDER and 19 - 30 YRS OLD
• Open only to bonafide residents of Barangay Kasambagan
• 15 players per team

🏐 VOLLEYBALL (MIXED)
• Categories: 17 yrs old below and 18-30 yrs old

Team Composition:
• 8 players per team (1 team per sitio)
• Maximum of 2 male players

🎾 PICKLEBALL
• Singles & Doubles divisions
• Fast-paced competition

👕 IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR JERSEY SIZING:
Since we will be conducting jersey sizing on the spot, we highly encourage team captains and players to arrive early so we can get your exact fits perfectly. No other day for jersey sizing so please vacant your schedule.

NOTE: To those individuals who play outside Cebu City is no longer qualified. Like those players who transferred and part of the official players of the other City.
