Happy Birthday to our strong, “𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒈𝒐𝒍𝒅,” and exceptional Organic Agriculture Production/Agricultural Crop Production NC II Trainer, Ma’am
𝑨𝒅𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒓 𝑪. 𝑪𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒅𝒆!
Well-known as “Ma’am Doris”
Your dedication is truly beyond the classroom. You have made countless sacrifices just to be present for your trainees—driving long distances, enduring tiring journeys, and continuing to report to your training sites even when your body asks you to rest. Even when your health and strength are challenged, your heart to serve remains stronger.
And perhaps one of the most beautiful things about you is the generosity and care you show to every trainee. You have a way of making them feel welcomed, valued, and cared for—not only as learners, but as people who matter.
We also admire the strength you carry as a mother. Despite the responsibilities and challenges that come with caring for your special child, Jansen, you never hesitate to bring him along whenever your training takes you or whenever you report to the office. We have witnessed how, in your own loving way, you encourage Jansen to participate in simple tasks and activities that make him feel helpful, valued, and included. You do not simply care for him - you give him opportunities to feel that he, too, has something meaningful to contribute. You show us that being a mother and being a mentor can both be carried with grace, even when the journey is not easy.
Ma’am Doris, thank you for giving more than what is expected of you. Thank you for reminding our trainees that agriculture is not merely a livelihood—it is a path filled with dignity, opportunity, and purpose.
May God continue to bless you with good health, renewed strength, more joyful years, and countless reasons to smile.
Happy Birthday, Ma’am Doris!
𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈, 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒔, and truly “old but gold.”
We love and appreciate you, Ma’am Doris!
