โThe Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program is a dual-component intervention:
(1) Educational Assistance through the Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Scholars, which provides financial support to deserving and outstanding incoming fourth-year college students; and
(2) Assistance for Barangay-Identified Development Priorities, which enables barangays to select and implement priority development interventions aligned with their immediate operational and community needs.

โIt is a strategic grassroots program directed by President Bongbong Marcos (BBM) to fast-track essential services, invest in the youth, and equip local leaders with the necessary capital to address community needs and frontline service delivery challenges.

โ-Incoming fourth-year college student or graduating students for SY 2026-2027
โ-Must be from a vulnerable household or risk of dropping out.
โ-Priority is given to families where NO member has yet completed tertiary education.
โ-Must NOT be a recipient of other Scholarship program
โ-The student must be a resident of Barangay Doong.
โ(Note: Students studying in universities outside the municipality/city jurisdiction are still eligible, provided they are residents of the barangay).

โโข Only Five (5) beneficiaries per barangay will receive PhP20,000 each, to serve as a "finisher fund" to ensure they reach graduation.

โโ ๏ธ IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
โโข Filling out the Scholarship Application form is only the first step of the application process and does not guarantee that you will automatically become a scholar.
โโข All applications will undergo an evaluation and screening process based on the programโs eligibility criteria.
โโข Applicants who are currently receiving or have already availed of any scholarship program are NOT eligible to apply for the Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Scholars Program (BBMP).
โโข Only qualified applicants who satisfy all eligibility requirements will be considered for the selection of the five (5) scholars.
