CONTEST MECHANICS & GUIDELINES
📌 1. Registration & Eligibility
• Bukas ang paligsahan sa lahat ng Batang Mabini na may edad 30 taong gulang pababa.
• Maaaring sumali bilang Indibidwal o Grupo (maximum of 3 members bawat grupo).
• Libre ang pagpaparehistro.
• Ang Pre-Registration via Google Form ay required para makasali.

📌 2. Materials & Specifications
🎋 Tradisyunal na Gawa
• Ang frame o “kalabaw” ng bulador ay dapat gawa sa kawayan (bamboo).
🚫 No Ready-Made Kites Allowed
• Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang paggamit ng commercial o ready-made plastic kites.
• Ang bulador ay dapat hand-made o sariling likha ng kalahok.

📌 3. Contest Categories
🪁 Category A – Small Category
• Para sa bulador na may sukat na hindi tataas sa 2 feet.
🪁 Category B – Bulador Category
• Para sa bulador na may sukat na 2 feet pataas.

📌 4. Actual Program Flow
🔍 Pre-Judging
• Susuriin muna ng mga hurado ang disenyo, tibay, at kalinisan ng pagkakagawa bago paliparin ang bulador.
🌤️ Flight Test
• Bawat kalahok ay bibigyan ng:
⏱️ 5 minuto para sa take-off
⏱️ 3 minuto para mapanatiling lumilipad ang bulador
⚠️ Strict Safety Rule
• Ang pagpapalipad ay gagawin lamang sa itinakdang open field ng SK Mabini.
• Ang sinumang magpapalipad malapit sa mga kable ng kuryente o transmission towers ay awtomatikong madidiskwalipika para sa kaligtasan ng lahat.
