Please be informed that work at the Batad Municipal Hall and other government offices in the municipality is suspended starting 1:00 PM today, September 28, 2026, in observance of Family Day.

However, frontline service offices and emergency response units shall remain 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡 and available to serve the public.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The Municipality of Batad welcomed home Miss Intercelestial 2026, Gleza Jean D. Isaac, today, September 25, in a celebration honoring her remarkable achievement and inspiring journey.

The homecoming began with a Homecoming Caravan, where Gleza Jean visited her alma mater, Binon-an Elementary School and Valerio P. Palmares National High School. These schools hold a special place in her journey, as they helped shape her dreams and where her love for pageantry began.

In the afternoon, a Homecoming Program was held in her honor, bringing together municipal officials, LGU department heads and employees, teachers, students, family, friends, and the Batad community to celebrate her success.

Gleza Jean’s homecoming is a proud moment for Batad, highlighting the journey of a young woman whose dreams began in her hometown and reached the international stage.
