Ang atin pong Philsys- SAN LUIS o mas kilala bilang National ID ay bukas ang tanggapan.
We are now located at "MUNICIPALITY OF SAN LUIS " (sa taas Po Ng water district)

Operation Hours: 8am to 5 pm.

Para po sa mga hindi pa nakakapagpanational ID for Step 2 registration we are accepting registrants sa nasabing address.

Ilang mga paalala:

📌 5 years old above po ang pwede magparegister.
📌 Dalhin ang mga original/photocopy na birth certificate(lalo na po sa mga bata at walang valid ids),
📌Dalhin ang valid id's. Siguraduhin na tama ang mga information sa mga dokumentong ipapakita.
📌Bawal ang nakasleeveless/ sando.
📌 Bawal ang nakahikaw, kwintas at contact lenses.
📌 Palaging magsuot ng facemask.
📌 Magdala ng sariling ballpen at hand sanitizer o alcohol.

This is informing the public on the use of Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) digital ID, including the printed ePhilID, as a valid and sufficient proof of identity and age, subject to authentication.

Sa inilabas na Public Advisory ng Department of Foreign Affairs, tinatanggap na ang ePhilID bilang valid proof of identity para sa passport application.

Para po sa mga hindi pa nakakapagpanational ID for Step 2 registration we are accepting registrants sa nasabing address.
