In accordance with LRA Administrative Order No. 02-2026 and in observance of the upcoming Holy Week, please be informed that the REGISTRY OF DEEDS - BATANGAS CITY will temporarily follow the regular working schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from March 30 to April 1, 2026.

Please be guided accordingly.

𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐘𝐎: Alinsunod sa Proklamasyon Blg. 1189, s. 2026, na nagdedeklara sa Marso 20, 2026 (Biyernes) bilang regular holiday kaugnay ng paggunita ng Eid'l Fitr (Feast of Ramadan), suspendido ang operasyon ng Land Registration Authority Central Office at mga Registries of Deeds sa nasabing petsa.

Kaugnay nito, sa Marso 16–19, 2026 (Lunes hanggang Huwebes), magbabalik sa regular na iskedyul ng operasyon ang mga nasabing tanggapan, mula 8:00 n.u. hanggang 5:00 n.h.

Pursuant to Administrative Order No. 01, S. 2026 of the Provincial Government of Batangas, and Executive Order No. 15, S. 2026 of the City Government of Batangas, both issued in relation to Memorandum Circular No. 114, S. 2026 by the Office of the President, please be informed that the office of the REGISTRY OF DEEDS FOR BATANGAS CITY will observe the following work schedule, until further notice:

1. MONDAY to THURSDAY: 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
2. FRIDAY: Non-working Day

Please be informed that there will be 𝗡𝗢 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 in 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 of the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀 on 𝟭𝟲 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆.

This is in accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 1117, which declares the above-mentioned date as a Special (Non-Working) Day in the City of Batangas to mark the celebration of its City Fiesta.

All services and transactions will resume on Monday, 19 January 2026.

𝗔𝗡𝗨𝗡𝗦𝗬𝗢: Balik-operasyon na po ang Land Registration Authority (LRA) bukas, 11 Nobyembre 2025.

Ang LRA Central Office ay bukas mula 8:00 ng umaga hanggang 5:00 ng hapon, gayundin ang Registries of Deeds (RDs) sa buong bansa, maliban sa ilang RDs na matatagpuan sa mga lokalidad na nagdeklara ng suspensyon ng trabaho bunsod ng epekto ng pananalasa ng Super Typhoon "Uwan."

𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐋𝐑𝐀):

Ayon po sa ulat ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), ang Super Typhoon "Uwan" na kasalukuyang nasa Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) ay inaasahang magdudulot ng matitinding pag-ulan, malalakas na hangin, at pagbaha sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng bansa.

Hinihikayat po natin ang ating mga kababayan na manatiling ligtas at sumusubaybay sa mga opisyal na anunsyo at abiso ng ating pamahalaan, lalo na ng PAGASA at mga lokal na awtoridad, para sa tamang impormasyon at gabay.

Ipagpatuloy po nating ipanalangin ang kaligtasan ng ating bansa at magpakita ng pagmamalasakit at pagtutulungan sa ating pamilya at mga komunidad sa panahong ito.

Mag-ingat po tayong lahat.

𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐘𝐎: Suspendido ang operasyon ng LRA Central Office at Registries of Deeds simula alas-tres ng hapon ngayong araw, Oktubre 30, 2025, alinsunod sa Memorandum na inilabas ng Department of Justice (DOJ) ngayong araw kaugnay sa paggunita ng All Souls' Day at All Saints' Day.
