The SK Kumintang Ilaya successfully conducted the 1st Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Assembly for 2026 on March 28, with almost 200 attendees, presenting key youth programs, the 2026 budget allocation, compliance updates, and upcoming activities.

Scholarship initiatives, barangay ordinances, accomplishments, and KK profiling were also discussed to promote transparency, participation, and community development.
