In line with the Executive Order No. 13, Series of 2026 issued by the Municipality of Balayan, all residents, organizations, and barangays are hereby informed of the implementation of energy conservation and austerity measures.

This initiative is in response to the ongoing global energy crisis, aiming to reduce fuel consumption and ensure the sustainable use of resources while maintaining essential public services.

This E.O highlights SECTION 2 – PRUDENT AND MODEST CONDUCT OF ACTIVITIES

All large-scale and resource-intensive activities are strongly discouraged, including:
• Liga and sports tournaments
• Concerts, shows, and entertainment events
• Other similar non-essential gatherings

These activities must be scaled down, simplified, or postponed to avoid unnecessary expenses and excessive energy use.

The Local Government Unit urges everyone to cooperate and practice responsible energy use during this time. Let us prioritize essential services and work together for the welfare of our community.

Full compliance is expected as this order takes effect immediately.

Magandang gabi po!

Para po sa mga kasali sa ating Summer League 2026, ipinababatid po namin na bukas, March 31 ay darating ang PV Sportswear sa ating barangay covered court upang magsukat para sa uniform ng ating mga teams - ito po ay sa ganap na ika-3 ng hapon. Susundan po ito ng pagpupulong kabilang ang mga Coach at Team Captain ng bawat team sa ganap na ika-5 ng hapon para sa ating pa-liga. Inaanyayahan namin kayo at inaasahan namin ang inyong pagdalo.

Muli, ika-3 ng hapon para sa pagsusukat ng uniform, at ika-5 ng hapon para sa pagpupulong kasama ang mga Coach at Team Captain.

Last December 2025, we were blessed to share grocery packs with the PWDs of Barangay Lucban as part of our Christmas Celebration gift-giving activity. The Sangguniang Kabataan hope to spread love, hope, and smiles within our community! 💛

SK GIFT GIVING 2025

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Lucban celebrated a gift-giving last December 24, 2025. This event wouldn’t be possible without the diligence of our SK Chairperson John Aaron Bathan, together with the SK Members.

Above all, thank you to our Almighty God for the successful gift-giving. 💗

Ang Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Lucban ay taos-puso na bumabati sa inyo ng Maligayang Pasko, nawa ang kapaskuhan na ito ay magbigay ngiti sa ating mga labi, manaig ang diwa ng pagmamahalan, at pagkakaisa sa ating barangay. Ang panahon na ito ang pagkakataon upang yakapin at ipakita ang pagmamahal natin sa bawat isa.

Nawa’y mapuno ng pag-asa ang ating mga puso, palaging tandaan na ang diwa ng pasko ay hindi nasuskat sa regalo o materyal na bagay, ito ay ang paggunita natin sa kapanganakan ni Hesus! Sa kapaskuhan na ito, alisin natin ang mga galit sa ating puso, bagkus punan ito ng pagmamahal at pag-asa! 💙

Para sa kaalaman po ng lahat, sa darating na ika-24 ng Disyembre pagkatapos ng ating misa ang ating SK Chairperson kasama ang kaniyang mga SK's ay mamahagi ng nakasanayan na Gift giving para sa mga bata, Grocery Pack para sa ating mga PWD's, at dito na rin po ibibigay ang mga House number ng ating barangay.
