Last December 26, 2025, at Brgy. Calicanto, Batangas City, 𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐈-𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 was successfully conducted to provide educational assistance to the youth of Calicanto, from Junior High School, Senior High School, to College students.

This program aims to support our learners in continuing their education and pursuing their dreams despite challenges. Education remains our strongest foundation in building a better future for the youth.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Calicanto, Batangas City is pleased to announce the distribution of its 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, aimed at providing financial and moral support to deserving and qualified youth who are currently enrolled in school. This initiative reflects the SK’s commitment to promoting education as a foundation for a better and more empowered future for the youth of our barangay.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Calicanto is pleased to announce the opening of the 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗶-𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 for eligible High School and College students.

Qualifications:
✔ Must be a bonafide resident of Calicanto, Batangas City
✔ Must be 15–30 years old and an in-school youth
✔ Must be a registered voter of Calicanto, Batangas City
✔ Must have at least 85% average / 2.5 GWA (with no failing grade)
✔ One (1) student per family only

List of Requirements:
✔ Two (2) copies of duly accomplished application form (with 1x1 picture)
✔ Three (3) photocopies of valid School ID (with 3 signatures)
✔ Three (3) photocopies of Enrollment Form or School Registration
✔ Three (3) photocopies of grades from last semester (with Certified True Copy from the school)
✔ Two (2) photocopies of VRR (Voter’s Registration Record) or Parent’s VRR if the applicant is not yet a registered voter
