Last Tuesday (11/07/2023) was a successful Final Inventory and Turnover

The Sangguniang Barangay of Poblacion Barangay III would like to thank our different Municipal Departments for the hardwork and guidance. Ma'am Roselyn of DILG, Ma'am Chato, Sir Nomer and Ma'am Lei of Accounting Department, Sir Rabane of MTO, Sir Jayson and Ma'am Mayet of Budget Office, Ma'am Jane of Mayors Office, Sir Carlo of SK Federation and other staff who are not mentioned.

To the outgoing barangay officials. Thank you for your unwavering commitment and dedication to serving our community. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for your hard work and service 💗

To the newly elected barangay officials. Your victory is a testament to the trust and confidence that our constituents have placed in you. We appreciate your dedication to public service and your willingness to step up and take on the challenges of governing 💗

𝙰𝚜𝚜𝚞𝚖𝚙𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝚘𝚏 𝙾𝚏𝚏𝚒𝚌𝚎 𝚘𝚏 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝙸𝚗𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚂𝙺 𝙾𝚏𝚏𝚒𝚌𝚒𝚊𝚕𝚜

In light of the recent Supreme Court decision in GR Nos. 263590 and 263673, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) clarified that once winning candidates have been duly proclaimed and have taken their oath of office, they shall immediately and effectively assume office. The NYC emphasized that in the case of successful Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) candidates, Section 27 of RA No. 10742, as amended, imposes an additional requirement before the winning candidate can assume office, specifically, that they must undergo and successfully complete a Mandatory Training to be administered by the NYC and the DILG. Any SK official, whether elected or appointed, must undergo the mandatory training program before he or she can assume office.
Therefore, in addition to the proclamation and oath-taking, winning SK officials are obligated to fulfill the Mandatory Training requirement, which shall be evidenced by the issuance of a Certificate of Training Completion. Only upon the acquisition of this certificate will they be eligible to assume their respective offices immediately.

Ipinagbibigay alam po sa lahat ng mga bagong proklamang Punong Barangay at Barangay Kagawad na nagnanais na manumpa sa ating Punong Bayan na tayo ay magkakaroon ng “mass oath taking” o “panglahatang panunumpa” sa Nobyembre 6, 2023 (Lunes); ika-7 ng umaga na gaganapin sa FPJ Arena, Brgy. Dagatan, San Jose, Batangas.

Ang lahat din po ng manunumpa ay pinakiki-usapan na ang isuot na damit ay barong/filipiniana o puting polo/blouse para sa picture taking at dalhin ang kopya ng inyong Certificate of Canvass and Proclamation mula sa COMELEC.

Ang iskedyul naman po ng oath-taking ng mga Sangguniang Kabataan ay gaganapin sa Nobyembre 13, 2023.

Clean up drive of Barangay Functionaries and Candidates of Barangay Poblacion Barangay III San Jose, Batangas

Day 7:
Barangay Poblacion Barangay III conducted an outreach program/feeding program for the childrens of our barangay. It was a successful program and this is also part of our Community Mobilization Program.

Day 6:
On the 6th day of Community Mobilization Program. Our barangay participated the Lecture/Training about arrest techniques and hand cuffing techniques.

Day 5:
As part of the Community Mobilization Program that is conducted at our Barangay. Barangay Poblacion Barangay III organized a Tree Planting Activity in our Barangay.

DAY 4:
Barangay Poblacion Barangay III attended the Community Mobilization Program with PNP San Jose.

Day 3:
Barangay Poblacion Barangay III conducted a Lecture/Training with Bureau of Fire Protection. This is also part of the Community Mobilization Program.

Day 2:
As part of the Community Mobilization Program Barangay Poblacion Barangay III San Jose, Batangas conducted a Clean up drive within the vicinity of Barangay with San Jose Police.
