SCHOOL-BASED IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM
Sinisian Elementary School

Taos-puso po ang aming pasasalamat sa City Health Office ng Calaca City sa pangunguna ng mga health worker at medical personnel na nagsagawa ng School-Based Immunization Program sa Sinisian Elementary School.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong oras, dedikasyon, at serbisyong ipinagkaloob para sa kalusugan at kaligtasan ng aming mga mag-aaral. Malaking tulong po ang inyong programa upang mapangalagaan ang kalusugan ng mga bata at maprotektahan sila laban sa mga sakit na maaaring maiwasan sa pamamagitan ng pagbabakuna.

Lubos din po kaming nagpapasalamat sa inyong patuloy na pakikipagtulungan at suporta sa aming paaralan. Ang inyong serbisyo ay mahalagang bahagi ng pagpapanatili ng isang malusog at ligtas na kapaligiran para sa ating mga mag-aaral.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Dr. Joe M. Arenas, EPS-MAPEH, and Mrs. Jessiere A. Espiga, Education Program Specialist II, from the Schools Division Office of Calaca City, for their valuable time, guidance, and support during the Pre-Evaluation of the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP) at Sinisian Elementary School.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to Mrs. Day L. Abitan, Principal I, for her leadership, encouragement, and continued support in the implementation of the program.

Our thanks also go to all the teaching and non-teaching staff, learners, parents, and other stakeholders for their cooperation, teamwork, and dedication in maintaining a healthy, productive, and sustainable school garden.

Your presence, recommendations, and support inspire us to continue improving our school garden and strengthening our commitment to environmental awareness, healthy eating, and sustainable food production.

SCHOOL HEALTH AND NUTRITION PROGRAMS MONITORING

On October 15, 2026, the Calaca City Health Office visited SInisian Elementary School to check on our school health and nutrition programs — including the distribution of multivitamins, the lactation station, supplementary feeding, school canteen operations, and the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP).

This visit reminds us just how important it is to care for our learners’ health — because a healthy child is a happy, ready-to-learn child. 💚

We are truly grateful for this partnership. Together, we can keep building a healthier, safer, and more caring school for every learner. Thank you for being part of this journey! 😊
