Mariing kampanya ng BFP CALABARZON ang patas, malinis, at makatarungang sistema ng pag-angat sa ranggo na nakabatay sa kakayahan, kwalipikasyon, merito, at dedikasyon sa serbisyo.

Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang paghingi o pagtanggap ng pera, regalo, o pabor kapalit ng rekomendasyon o impluwensiya sa proseso ng promosyon. Hindi rin pinahihintulutan ang panunuhol, pangingikil, at paggamit ng mga fixer upang makalamang o makakuha ng espesyal na konsiderasyon. Hindi kinukunsinti ng BFP CALABARZON ang katiwalian.

Ang sinumang nag-aalok ng ranggo o nangangakong makapagtitiyak ng promosyon kapalit ng salapi o pabor ay lumalabag sa batas at sumisira sa integridad ng serbisyo bumbero. Hinihikayat ang lahat ng tauhan na huwag magpalinlang sa mga ganitong alok at agad iulat ang anumang kahina-hinalang gawain.
