The City Assessor's Office Inspection Team conducted an ocular inspection to verify the actual improvements on the land for the Issuance of a Certificate of Non-Improvement or Certificate of Improvement.

Prior to ocular inspection, all assessment records are also reviewed including the Tax Map.

The requirements for the Request of Assessment Documents (subject to RA 10173 Data Privacy Act, Manual on Real Property Appraisal and Assessment and Local Assessment Regulations No. 1-04 of the Department of Finance) are latest tax receipt or tax clearance and SPA and/or similar documents establishing right over property.
