* Where: Baybay City Convention, Diversion Area
*When: July 16 , 2026 (Thursday)

*Farmers need to bring:
1. Stub/Access pass: ( pwede la niyo e print an list ngan ig gunting or e- cut ngan asya an ihatag kan farmer , reflected an CODES naka highlight, TIME SCHED, FULL NAME , BRGY & MUNICIPALITY & etc..).
K bali dapat dala na ni farmer an iya Stub kay asya po ito an kikitaon sa entrance, kaupod an iya ,

2. Any government issued ORIGINAL valid I.Ds
( reflected an full name, birthdate & not expired).

3. E-advise nala po naton he farmer na baga mga bitbit hin iya makara-on/ food, sugad han biscuits & tubig while naghuhulat po.

*Note:
1. Personal po an makuha, ngan kun bedridden or deceased pls p**i balikan la naton an mga req/s na gin aaro based sa guideline.
-Per0 per info, para han deceased na benes bali an consideration po han date han iya kamatay or date of death is from FEB. 1, 2026 ONWARD, then additional requirements po an ginaaro based sa guideline, sugad han death cert, proof of relationship (live birth/ Marriage Cert) valid i.d ( deceased/bedrriden & nearest Kin & etc.

*Note!.

2.Mag andam la po kita hin SLIP A (version 6), na may perma na daan ni MA bisan mga 50 pcs po.

-Pwd liwat magdara an AEW hin laptop/ or any na tatamdan / guide na makita an code number ni farmer, kay dre maiwasan na nawara or nataktak an stub ni farmer, para in case nawara madali nala ma search an iya code ngan name po.

🌿 WEIGHT TO WASTE: TAN-AWAN PEAK CLEAN-UP DRIVE CHALLENGE 🌿

The Tan-Awan Peak Outdoor Adventure Community has officially submitted a request for approval to the Barangay Government of Barangay Plaridel, Baybay City, Leyte to conduct our community-led environmental initiative, "Weight to Waste: Tan-Awan Peak Clean-Up Drive Challenge."

🗓 Proposed Date: July 19, 2026
🕕 Time: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
📍 Venue: Tan-Awan Peak, Barangay Plaridel, Baybay City, Leyte

This activity aims to:
✅ Restore and preserve the natural beauty of Tan-Awan Peak
✅ Promote environmental awareness and responsibility
✅ Bring together hikers, youth, and volunteers for a meaningful cause

🏆 Challenge Mechanics
Participants will compete to collect the heaviest amount of non-biodegradable waste along the trail. Winners will receive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Cash Prizes!

We encourage everyone to stay tuned and prepare to be part of this worthwhile initiative. Together, we can keep Tan-Awan Peak clean, safe, and beautiful for everyone.
