On this day, 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗛 𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, a committee meeting was convened, bringing together Eight (8) members to address critical community and administrative matters. The session was led by designated heads across different focus areas.

The discussions were thorough, with invited stakeholders joining in for key agenda items to ensure all perspectives were heard and considered.

• Handled water supply concerns with invited Brgy. Councils of Comun and Soa under Laws and Ethics/Public Utilities presided by Councilor Adele Albano and Councilor Joel Ceriola
• Reviewed two cases under the Laws and Ethics
• Addressed urban matters: cleared SONRISA Subdivision and discussed segregation in Brgy. Balading. Assessor and MPDO are present
• Covered Public Utilities topics: continued water ordinance discussions and reviewed MTOP Franchise with limited donation provisions
• Deliberated on Labnig Ordinance (invited J. Callos) and "Bawal Bastos" Ordinance under Laws and Ethics
• Discussed the One Town One Product (OTOP) Ordinance with the Tourism committee, Councilor Irene Fajut
• Approved the budget for Brgy. Balza

The Sangguniang Bayan held its 𝟯𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 today, with 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐛𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐄. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐨 presiding, with Ten (10) members present tackling key matters including budget reviews, infrastructure projects, ordinance readings for RA 11960 (OTOP Philippine Act) and RA 11313 (Safe Spaces Act/Bawal Bastos Law), and concerns on water supply and public market commodity pricing to advance local governance and community welfare.

During the session, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐄𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐢𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢 𝐎. 𝐀𝐥𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐚, Committee Chairman for Public Order and Safety, presented a report on the DAKIKS Fuel Refilling Station in Brgy. Libod. He discussed the station’s regulatory status, compliance requirements, necessary authorizations from relevant government agencies, coordination with neighboring areas, and safety protocols. Matters pertaining to the station’s operations were deliberated, with agreements reached on required actions to be undertaken. Recommendations are currently pending final review to ensure alignment with public safety standards and regulatory mandates.
