Mid Year Bonus of New Employees for FY 2026

Q: Whose new employees may be granted Mid Year Bonus for FY 2026?

A: New employees hired on or before January 16, 2026 may be entitled to the Mid Year Bonus for FY 2026 because they will be able to comply the 4 months or 120 days service requirement.

To illustrate:

January 16 to 31 - 16 days
February - 28 days
March - 31 days
April - 30 days
May 1 to 15 - 15 days
Total - 120 days

Hence, all new employees hired after January 16, 2026 is not entitled to the Mid Year Bonus.

We also note however that the employee concerned should comply the other conditions to be eligible to receive the Mid Year Bonus.

Maaaring nakatanggap kayo ng auto-text tungkol sa “loan arrears.” Mangyaring huwag po itong pansinin. Ito ay bahagi ng automated system at kasalukuyan na naming inaayos.

Maaari ninyong i-check ang inyong loan status sa GSIS Touch upang makita ang pinakahuling update.

• Ang halagang na-refund ay hindi ituturing na arrears
• Walang karagdagang interes o penalty na ipapataw kaugnay ng programang ito
