A total of 2,745 business permits were successfully issued from January 5, 2026 to January 31, 2026. This reflects the active participation and cooperation of the local business community in complying with regulatory requirements and supporting orderly business operations.

PUBLIC ADVISORY!

RE-NUMBERING OF MOTORELA BODY NUMBERS
(Motorized Tricycle Operator’s Permit – MTOP)
The City Government of Bayugan hereby informs the public, particularly ALL MOTORELA OPERATORS AND DRIVERS, that a re-numbering of Motorela body numbers will be conducted in connection with the Motorized Tricycle Operator’s Permit (MTOP).
In view thereof, please be advised that the MTOP registration period has been rescheduled and will be conducted from February 2 to February 27, 2026.

ALL concerned Motorela operators and drivers are required to comply with the following:

1. Re-numbering of MOTORELA BODY NUMBERS as part of the MTOP registration process;
2. Mandatory attendance in a seminar by Motorela operators and drivers prior to MTOP processing or availing of re-numbering;
3. The said seminar shall be conducted by the Traffic
Management Office and attendance shall be strictly required.
Motorela operators and drivers are strongly advised to coordinate with the concerned City Office for the schedule of seminars, detailed requirements, and further guidance.

Strict compliance with this advisory is hereby enjoined.

For information and guidance, please proceed to or coordinate with the Traffic Management Office.

PUBLIC ADVISORY

All business establishments are hereby advised to comply with all requirements for the application and renewal of business permits
such as:

for New Applicants:
a. DTI/SEC/Corporation
b. Annual Building Inspection Certificate
c. Certificate of Occupancy
d. Picture of the Building/Business
e. Contract of Lease (if lessor)
f. Stall Clearance (for public market only)

for Renewal Applicants:
a. Business Permits (from the previous year)
b. Statement of Account/Income Statement (for corporation/cooperatives)
c. Affidavit of undertaking (for government areas only)

All concerned are encourage to verify requirements in advance and coordinate with the Traffic Management and Business Licensing Division for proper guidance.

The Business One Stop Shop will start on January 5 to January 30 2026 from 8:00am onwards.
