Poblacion, Bayugan City, Agusan Del Sur.
This activity forms part of the BFPโs โOplan Ligtas na Pamayananโ program, which aims to strengthen community preparedness in responding to fire emergencies and to increase awareness of fire-related risks. The program primarily seeks to identify common causes of fires, prevent casualties and injuries, reduce damage to properties, and promote public awareness of potential hazards.

The ceremony paid tribute to the valor and sacrifices of Filipino heroes, emphasizing the enduring spirit of courage, patriotism, and service to the nation.
