CALLING ALL BINDOYANON TIKTOKERIST!!!!

We are inviting everyone to join the BUGLASAN: FEEL THE BEAT TikTok Dance Challenge
(LGU Category)

RULES AND GUIDELINES

1. Each participating Bindoyanon Group shall produce a dance video that must contain and promote at least 2 of Bindoy's Cultural or Tourism Destination.

2. Using of greenscreen and generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms for the destination is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

3. The entry must be in PORTRAIT-orientation.

4. Each participating group must consist a of 3 and a maximum of 5 dancers.

5. The Participants must perform the required official choreography and music provided by the Buglasan Festival facebook official account (link in the comment section). Revision of dance action choreography is NOT allowed.

6. Violators of the rules and guidelines will automatically DISQUALIFIED.

7. Entries must be uploaded in their social media in FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM and TIKTOK accounts starting October 1, 2026 until October 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM using the hashtag BindoyMagBuglasanNaTa , hashtag Buglasan Festival 2026
and hashtag NegrosOriental

8. LGU Bindoy will the winner on October 14, 2026 to serve as the official finalist against other LGUs and will receive 5,000.00 pesos.

9. The Bindoy LGU must send the Link of the entry video to the Buglasan Festival page before 11:59 PM on October 15, 2026. The committee will send an official acknowledgment upon receiving your video.

10.The total number of likes and shares from all three social media platforms will serve as the basis for the Likes and Share criterion, which is equivalent to 50% for the overall judging criteria.

11.The entries will be judged on October 24, 2026 at 12:00NN, and only likes and shares recorded before the deadline will be counted. Any likes and shares received after 12:00NN will not be counted. The announcement of winners will be on October 25, 2026.

12.Criteria for judging are as follows:

Yesterday, we were happy to welcome our friends from Silay City, together with their City Agriculturist, for a memorable snorkeling experience at Mantalip Reef, guided by Master Diver Jemar Tepacia. 🌊🐠

Our Mantalip building is still undergoing renovation, so there’s still plenty of work to be done before we can fully appreciate what the place will become.

But beneath the surface? That’s a different story. 🤿💙

The underwater world of Mantalip Reef is already something special. A beautiful marine environment filled with life and color, just waiting to be rediscovered. 🪸🐠🌊

As we explore, let’s do our part to keep it beautiful:

🐚 Look, but don’t touch the corals.
🐠 Don’t chase, or disturb marine life.
🚫 Never stand or step on corals.
♻️ Take nothing but memories and leave nothing but bubbles.
🌊 Keep our waters clean. Bring your trash back with you.

We may still be building again and improving what’s above the water, but the treasure beneath it is already here. 💙
