On September 17, 2026, the PNP-Binmaley conducted an orientation on the School Safety Drill on Active Threats at Lomboy Elementary School.

The activity aimed to enhance the awareness, preparedness, and response capabilities of school personnel in addressing potential active threat situations and ensuring the safety and security of the entire school community.

Localized Suspension of Face-to-Face Classes and Shift to Modular Distance Learning

Please be informed that Face-to-Face Classes at Lomboy Elementary School are SUSPENDED tomorrow, September 8, 2026, pursuant to Executive Order No. 113, Series of 2026, issued by the Local Government Unit under the authority of Mayor Pedro โ€œPeteโ€ A. Merrera III.

In view of the continuous rains and flooding affecting the school pathways and grounds, including some classrooms, as well as the roads leading to the school, the school shall SHIFT TO MODULAR DISTANCE LEARNING (MDL) to ensure the continuity of learning while prioritizing the safety of our learners and personnel.

Parents and guardians are advised to coordinate with their childโ€™s teacher regarding the distribution, completion, and submission of learning modules and other learning activities.

Learners are encouraged to stay at home and continue their learning activities safely.

Further announcements regarding the resumption of face-to-face classes will be issued as necessary.
