Magandang araw, mga mag-aaral, magulang, tagapag-alaga, at mga stakeholder ng Sta. Rosa Elementary School.

📅 Setyembre 7, 2026 (Lunes) — ipagpapatuloy ang face-to-face classes at nakatakda rin ang Unang Markahang Pagsusulit.

📌 Mahalagang Paalala:

1️⃣ Patuloy na isaalang-alang ang kaligtasan ng bawat isa dahil sa posibleng epekto ng habagat, pag-ulan, pagbaha, at kondisyon ng mga daan.

2️⃣ Maghanda nang mabuti para sa pagsusulit. Balikan ang mga aralin at dalhin ang mga kinakailangang gamit.

3️⃣ Manatiling nakatutok sa mga opisyal na anunsyo ng paaralan, DepEd, at Lokal na Pamahalaan para sa anumang pagbabago.

Hazard mapping is an important activity that helps the school community identify, understand, and assess potential risks caused by natural and human-induced hazards. It provides a clear picture of areas that may be vulnerable and serves as a basis for planning appropriate disaster preparedness, mitigation, and response measures. Hazard maps may also include essential disaster management information such as evacuation sites, safe areas, and evacuation routes.
This year, together with our School Head, Ma’am Alma B. Aquino, we conducted a hazard mapping activity within our school premises. Through this activity, we identified several areas and facilities that require attention and appropriate action due to their existing conditions. The identified hazards serve as a guide in determining priority areas for repair, improvement, and mitigation.
In response, our School Head, SDRRM Team, and SELG have planned appropriate actions to address the identified hazards and make the school environment safer for all learners and personnel. With the active support and cooperation of our stakeholders, we aim to reduce potential risks, improve school safety, and create a more disaster-resilient learning environment.

The storm cannot halt our journey toward success. Following the suspension of face-to-face classes due to the typhoon, our students have successfully transitioned to Modular Distance Learning (MDL).
