𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗬 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗚𝗢𝗬 — Taking decisive action against looming utility disruptions, 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 Aaron Escaño Castillo spearheaded a strategic briefing with the Mangagoy Barangay Council to address the severe water scarcity and ongoing power instability threatening the community.

Building on recent high-level consultations with disaster risk management officers and water district officials, PB Castillo issued a direct mandate to all purok presidents to execute an immediate, comprehensive inventory of all operational and non-operational deep wells and jetmatic pumps within their respective zones. While certain puroks currently maintain stable water access via jetmatic systems, PB Castillo highlighted significant shortages in other areas, emphasizing that an accurate, zone-wide resource assessment is critical for targeted relief.

Recognizing that intermittent power outages exacerbate the water supply crisis by disrupting electric water pumps, PB Castillo further instructed purok leaders to formulate robust contingency plans. He directed them to secure functional generator sets, inspect critical power connections, and arrange secondary power sources to guarantee uninterrupted water flow to residents during brownouts. Through these swift preparation measures, PB Castillo aims to build community resilience and ensure continuous access to vital resources during critical utility interruptions.
