𝗕𝗮𝗴𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗕𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗾𝘂𝗲 bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagpapatupad ng mga gawaing may kaugnayan sa land parcelization at individual land titling.
Nakatuon ang aktibidad sa 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗱𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗸𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼, 𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗸𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗼 𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗸𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 upang matiyak ang maayos at updated na field records.
Sa pamamagitan ng REDOC at ILDF Completion, patuloy na pinaiigting ng DAR ang mga hakbang tungo sa 𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼, 𝗺𝗮𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘀, 𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀𝗼 ng pamamahala sa mga lupang saklaw ng programa para sa kapakinabangan ng mga Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs).

SANTA CRUZ, MARINDUQUE — The Department of Agrarian Reform Municipal Agrarian Reform Office (DARMO) Santa Cruz conducted field validation activities in Barangay Makulapnit, Santa Cruz, Marinduque.

The activity focused on the verification of land information, parcel locations, and relevant records of concerned Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), supporting the accuracy and proper documentation of landholdings.

Through continued field-based validation, DARMO Santa Cruz brings agrarian reform services closer to beneficiaries and facilitates the proper review and updating of land records.

The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Marinduque conducted its distribution of electronic land titles (e-titles) to 22 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) at the Provincial Capitol.

The 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 of the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office (DARPO) Marinduque conducted a coordination meeting to discuss strategies and identify appropriate measures to address the bottlenecks encountered in the processing of the 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗱𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗔𝘀.

The activity forms part of the office’s continuing efforts to facilitate and streamline the documentary requirements for the implementation of 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗧 (𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴).

𝗠𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀.

DARMO Santa Cruz conducted the KMZ with Approved Subdivision Plan (ASP) activities in Barangays Masalukot and Makulapnit, Santa Cruz, Marinduque, as part of its continuing efforts to validate land parcel information and strengthen the implementation of Project SPLIT.

Following the approval of the subdivision plan, ground validation and verification were conducted to confirm the actual location and boundaries of the awarded parcels. This process is especially important in areas that previously encountered issues such as overlapping claims, conflicts in ownership, or uncertainty among Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) regarding the exact location of their respective landholdings.

Sa pamamagitan ng KMZ validation at field verification, masisiguro ang katumpakan ng mga datos at mas magiging maayos ang proseso tungo sa indibidwal na pagmamay-ari ng lupa.

Bawat beripikadong hangganan ay hakbang tungo sa mas ligtas at mas panatag na land tenure para sa ating mga Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries.
