Sa paggunita sa Death Anniversary ni Late Mayor Joni Villanueva-Tugna, muling isinabuhay ng Joni Villanueva General Hospital ang kanyang pamana ng tapat, makatao, at malasakit na paglilingkod para sa mamamayan. Bilang pag-alala sa kanyang pangarap na magkaroon ng pampublikong ospital na magbibigay ng dekalidad at libreng serbisyong pangkalusugan, nagsagawa ang JVGH ng Medical Mission para sa komunidad.

Hatid ng JVGH ang Libreng konsultasyon, Laboratory services, Dental services, 2D Echo, at Libreng Gamot upang mas mapalapit ang serbisyong medikal sa bawat mamamayan.
