📍BOGO CITY, CEBU - Bogo City Jail officially launched the 15𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 (𝘾𝙍𝙎) 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 2026 🎊 with a public information drive and symbolic tarpaulin hanging during the regular Flag-Raising Ceremony at the Bogo City Hall Ground in Cayang, Bogo City, Cebu 🇵🇭

Under the leadership of 𝑱𝑺𝑰𝑵𝑺𝑷 𝑲𝑬𝑳𝑽𝑬𝑵 𝑷 𝑩𝑨𝑪𝑳𝑬𝑨-𝑨𝑵, 𝑴𝑷𝑨, Acting Warden, the initiative was led by 𝑺𝑱𝑶1 𝑸𝒖𝒆𝒆𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒆 𝑨 𝑱𝒖𝒆𝒏, Unit Chief CRS 🤝. SJO1 Juen addressed the Bogohanons to raise awareness on the Freedom of Information for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) and the Jail Bureau's public relations initiatives.

✅ The kick-off aligns with 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒍𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑵𝒐. 308, issued by the Presidential Communications Office, declaring October as 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉 🗓. This year's CRS Month anchors on the theme: 💬 "𝘌𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴, 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘗𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘤: 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘔𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘑𝘢𝘪𝘭 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵."

Bogo City Jail under the leadership of 𝐉𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐊𝐄𝐋𝐕𝐄𝐍 𝐏 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐀-𝐀𝐍,𝐌𝐏𝐀, Acting Warden proudly celebrates the successful completion of the NC II Training Programs in Hilot Wellness Massage, Beauty Care Services (Nail Care and Foot Spa), and Barbering of our Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), in partnership with Bogo LITES Center.

This milestone marks another meaningful step toward skills development, self-reliance, and a brighter future for our PDL graduates. Through this initiative, we continue to uphold the belief that everyone deserves an opportunity to learn, grow, and transform their lives.

Bogo City Jail solemnly commemorated the first anniversary of the 𝟔.𝟗 𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄 𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐇𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐊𝐄 that shook Bogo City, bringing together personnel, Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), partners, and members of the community in an evening of prayer, remembrance, gratitude, and resilience.

The commemoration began with a Holy Mass, followed by a meaningful program featuring a Photo Exhibit – “The Day We Remember,” Moment of Silence and Candle Lighting, Message of the Acting Warden, Earthquake Experience Sharing, Wall of Gratitude and an Earthquake Re-enactment Tribute.

Through these activities, Bogo City Jail remembered not only the fear and uncertainty brought by the earthquake, but also the courage, compassion, unity, and countless acts of kindness that helped the community rise and rebuild.

Bogo City Jail extends its heartfelt gratitude to 𝐑𝐞𝐯. 𝐅𝐫. 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐲, the Catholic Charismatic Renewal led by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐢𝐝𝐚 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, the Local Government Unit of Bogo City (LGU-Bogo), and all our guests, personnel, PDL, and individuals who shared their time, resources, prayers, assistance, and support in making this meaningful commemoration possible.
